It’s an exciting and tough journey, and we’re looking for new members of our crew. Specifically, we’re looking for a full-stack squad leader to lead an agile team developing our main SaaS product.
As a full-stack Squad leader at Windward you will be leading the development of our main Windward Intelligence product. Windward Intelligence squad is a multi-discipline team of data scientists, big data engineers, back-end and front end engineers, working in cutting-edge technologies to build a scalable distributed architecture. The expectation from this job is to lead by example and transform a group of talented individuals into a winning team.
You will be part of a small, tight-knit, dynamic, hands-on team that takes pride in its exceptional coding standards and development practices. As part of our crew, you’ll be dealing with massive amounts of data from different sources and using machine learning algorithms to identify behavioral patterns. Together with dedicated product managers to Windward Intelligence, you should be able to build a product end-to-end from design to coding, testing and deployment.
