Job Description
The Regional Sales Director for EMEA leads all phases of the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract award to post sales in the EMEA markets.

The position includes
- Identifying and developing leads and managing new sales in the region
- Understanding complex customer requirements, both business and technical
- Managing all reps and distributors in the region
- Building customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction
- Responsibility for marketing plan in the region
Skills and Experience
- 3-7 years as a sales director in a technology solution environment (preferred)
- Proven track record of sales (ideally related to the HLS sector, governments or large organizations)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic team player
- Self starter who will thrive with minimal daily supervision
- Evidence of developing solid business relationships
- Very strong English, both verbal and written (additional languages an advantage)
- Must be able to simultaneously manage multiple priorities
Location
- Tel-Aviv offices, with frequent trips to customer sites
