Sales Enablement Manager

As a key player in the Product Marketing team, you will be the voice of the product. In this capacity you will be responsible for working with outbound teams – sales, customer success and business development – to create the content and materials they use externally, keep outbound teams up-do-date on product developments, and ensure that external feedback is incorporated back into the product development process.

Responsibilities:

  • Transform product knowledge into content – marketing, technical and training materials – increasing the effectiveness of the company’s outbound teams.
  • Inform outbound teams on new tools and product features, with a focus on articulating benefits to customers.
  • Collaborate with outbound teams to gather feedback, map and analyze further requirements for content to help drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible.
  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience in writing and producing marketing and technical materials
  • At least two years of experience in product marketing and/or in a sales or sales support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • English- fluent reading and writing
  • Excellent command of PPT, Keynote and the like
