Client Analyst, Spanish Speaker

We are looking for a Spanish speaking Client Analyst who will become an expert on the Windward system and on our clients’ specific maritime challenges. In this role, you will be the professional point of contact for clients within the company, helping them better use the Windward system and understand their own maritime arena.

In this position you will:

  • Become an expert on the Windward system, a ‘super user’ who helps our clients gain the most value out of the system.
  • Become an expert on our clients’ maritime domain and specific challenges, helping them identify activities and trends of interest in their waters.
  • Perform research to understand customer needs, concerns and processes, including deep dives into data and other information sources to produce valuable insights for clients.

Requirements:

  • Customer focus: An interest in working closely with clients, often across time zones, responding to queries and identifying issues proactively.
  • Superb communications: Verbal and written communications skills; ability to communicate and capture complex messages and ideas, both face to face and over phone/email.
  • Quick learning skills: an affinity for technology and a rapid learning curve
  • Team player: willing and able to carry one’s own weight and support team efforts
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional work experience
  • Exceptional Spanish, both verbal and written. Hebrew as a mother tongue needed.
