The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for providing the sales team with the customized content and communications support for each stage of Windward’s sales cycle.
The Sales Enablement Manager reports to Windward’s Sales Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Create written content to advance deals in different stages of the sales cycle. Content includes documents, case studies, reports, presentations, competitive information fact sheets, and product collateral.
- Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team.
- Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
- Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve deliverables and work processes; define best practices.
- Develop a strategy to make sure that the client-facing teams understand the information and content presented
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing and Product Marketing.
